I moved to Mammoth in 2001 right after 9-11, looking to retire and work a little in real estate just to keep me busy – get out of the rat race. However, what started as a part-time career with Playground | Intrawest has led to a full-time real estate career and business located in the Village at Mammoth. I love Mammoth and all it has to offer, from the skiing for which we are famous, to all the summer activities –there are endless possibilities as far as outdoor activities. Being in real estate has offered me the opportunity to share Mammoth with clients, friends, and family and see where they might fit into the community.

Before Mammoth:  Born and raised in Southern California | Pacific Palisades. Attended Palisades HS, Semester at Sea, and USC. Owned and operated the San Diego Volleyball Center, and founded Coast Volleyball Club before moving to Mammoth.

• Married 50 years to Shields Richardson, three grown daughters: Brooke (and her husband Ryan), Hillary, Sara, and two granddaughters, Kenzie and Raegan Baumann.
